I Knitted a Purse!
WOW! I actually did it! It only took one wash cycle on HOT (no soap, no spin, no rinse) along with a few pair of OLD jeans and zippered inside a pillowcase. Blocked on a family sized Apple Jacks box covered with a plastic grocery bag, it took 2 days to dry thoroughly.
The hardest thing about this project was waiting for it to dry and threading the handles through. BTW, use long handled tweezers or needle nose pliers and the threading goes a lot easier!
Ricky's comment: That's the first thing you've made that's extremely useful!

AMAZINGLY very spacious and sturdy... although I did insert a 4x8 piece of chipboard (cardboard) in the bottom to help support my purse stash.
